These Terms govern your use of Vexylt's mobile apps, website, and related services. By creating an account or using Vexylt, you agree to these Terms.

The Vexylt Service

Vexylt provides tools that let you create and manage a personal public page, published at a URL such as vexylt.vercel.app/yourusername. You can publish links, profile information, and other supported content blocks on that page. We may add, change, or remove features over time.

Your Account

You're responsible for:

• Providing accurate information when you sign up.
• Keeping your login credentials secure.
• Activity that happens through your account.

You must not:

• Use Vexylt for fraudulent or unlawful purposes.
• Impersonate another person or entity.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any account or system.
• Interfere with the security or normal operation of the service.

Your Content

You retain ownership of the content you add to your Vexylt page. By publishing content, you grant Vexylt the limited permission needed to store, process, and display it — so we can host and serve your public page. You're responsible for having the rights to any content you publish.

Your Public Page

Anything you choose to make public on your Vexylt page is visible to anyone who visits its URL. Vexylt isn't responsible for how third parties may view, copy, or share information you've chosen to publish publicly.

Prohibited Content and Activity

You may not use Vexylt to:

• Break the law or commit fraud.
• Deceive or impersonate others.
• Distribute malware or conduct phishing.
• Promote illegal activity, or harass or threaten others.
• Violate someone else's intellectual property rights.
• Attempt to exploit, disrupt, or circumvent Vexylt's security.

We may remove content or restrict accounts that violate these Terms.

Third-Party Links

Vexylt lets you publish links to third-party websites and services. We don't control or endorse those destinations, and you access them at your own risk.

Free and Pro Features

Vexylt offers both free and premium ("Pro") features. Some features require a paid subscription. Pricing, features, and availability may change over time. Pro access is managed through the Google Play Store, the Apple App Store, and RevenueCat.

Subscriptions

Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the end of the current billing period. Billing, renewal, and cancellation are handled by the store you purchased through (Google Play or the Apple App Store) — refunds are generally governed by that store's own policies, not by Vexylt directly.

Service Availability

We aim to keep Vexylt reliable, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability. The service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, security reasons, or other operational needs.

Ending Your Account

You may stop using Vexylt and delete your account at any time — see our account deletion page for how. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or create security or operational risk.

Intellectual Property

The Vexylt name, branding, app, and related materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property law. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or otherwise exploit them except as permitted by law.

Disclaimer

Vexylt is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we don't guarantee uninterrupted availability, reliability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Vexylt is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above will change whenever we do.
